Why, Who and What ?

How do you manage employees who you can't see all the time, or even some of the time? It is well-known that employees who are not physically near to their managers don't get the same amount of time and attention as those employees who sit close by. This course is for managers and team leaders whose direct reports are located in other locations, and who want to be able to communicate more effectively with them. Remote management has become a great way of increasing your personal effectiveness and time management, if it is done correctly.
