"Kate and Jean-Luc have helped us to successfully implement a major change in our HR policy.
They accompanied and advised during the different stages from the initial needs analysis to the final deployment.
Their combined knowledge of organizational psychology, management and labour law, as well as their multidisciplinary approach, were precious in the elaboration of a simple solution adapted to our particular context and identity.
We thank them for their unfailing support, their enthusiasm and professionalism."

"The 2-day meeting which The Talent Spirit led for our Executive Secretaries from across the Socotab Group was a stimulating and highly successful event. The ideas and techniques which Kate Lindley Scheidegger brought into the event produced lively and productive contributions from the participants. The motivation to put into action what they had learned was evident, as too was the raised awareness level of cultural differences, how to work together successfully and, linked to these, improvement in communications generally" |

"Kate has been a key player in helping the IEC staff reach new levels of performance and responsibility. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kate’s services to companies and to international organizations." |
|
The Talent Spirit organized events for the Marketing and Communications department and to the Technical and IT departments, using “Future Search” and “Appreciative Inquiry” techniques that have helped build team confidence and cohesion when fundamental management and cultural changes were introduced within the IEC.
In addition, Kate LINDLEY has acted as an executive coach to several line managers, helping them to evolve in their positions to improve personal effectiveness and empower their teams.
