Jean-Luc SCHEIDEGGER, Managing partner and co-founder of The Talent Spirit, took up the challenge of entrepreneurship in his early 20s, in IT software application development for clinical laboratories.
His practical management experience was complemented by his training in law for his engagement as a presiding magistrate in the Labour Court of Geneva, studies in Economics and Management (University of Geneva Business School) and a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Resources Management & Organizational Development (Universities of Geneva, Neuchâtel and Lausanne).
Further training in coaching and mediation makes Jean-Luc a highly competent consultant in HR legal matters, corporate social responsibility, and talent assessments.His commitment to research and evidence-based management practices allows The Talent Spirit to be a step ahead of other players in the market.

Linda WEE-HENZ

Linda Wee-Henz has been working in the field of Human Resources Training and Development since 1989. She was an internal resource in Training & Development for two Geneva-based high-tech companies, while she completed her BA in Management and a MA in Human Resources at Webster University of St. Louis. In these roles, Linda designed and conducted behaviour-based, non-technical development programs for IT consultants, and developed competency frameworks and related assessment and development tools.
In 1996 Linda joined a network of consultants focusing on continuous process improvement and change management in various industries in Europe. Her mix of consulting skills in the area of Organizational Development and training & development skills in Human Resources have led her to work on projects which benefit both the organization and the individuals.
She is certified in large group methods, coaching, EFT, MBTI and assessment instruments.

Elizabeth AUZAN

Elizabeth Auzan was born in the UK and educated in England and France. She holds a BA (Hons) in French from Liverpool University, an MA in English from Aix en Provence and a university diploma in media engineering (DEA) from Paris II University. She is an ICF certified coach.
Communication in all shapes and forms is a passion she likes to inspire in others. She has lived and worked in Europe and Nigeria and travelled extensively. Her varied work and life experience as teacher, trainer, journalist, art gallery owner have provided her with interestingly different communication challenges and honed her personal communication skills.
She coaches corporate clients in French or English (Nestlé, Nespresso, HP, etc) in the art of effective communication at all levels of the corporate ladder and in particular when English as a foreign language is a hurdle. Her clients say of her that she is empathetic, reliable, structured, flexible, energetic, atypical, challenging and good at opening new perspectives – sometimes thanks to her (British) sense of humour and fun.

Mariyam Shahida MOHAMED

Mariyam Shahida Mohamed started her career in the field of Education and then progressed into Education Management and to Human Resources. She is a highly competent internationally active liaising resource, contributing in various contexts spanning the private, governmental and NGO sectors. Well travelled, (over 45 countries), she particularly enjoys working across cultures, mediating between parties and facilitating the development of strategies and action plans.
Shahida designs and conducts trainings and workshops for people at all levels in organisations. She contributes her experience gained through years of involvement at national level and Non-Governmental Organisations related to policy making and program development.
Resourceful, personable, pragmatic and flexible, Shahida offers her insights into multicultural dynamics and to offer new perspectives and help people develop the skills required to negotiate across cultures and contexts. Professionally trained in the field, she has numerous experiences in personal coaching and counselling individuals and groups.
Shahida works in English, Divehi and can communicate in Urdu and Hindi and has intermediate level of French, Arabic and a good understanding of Sinhalese.

Brian Anand SOANS

Brian’s career started in the Hospitality and Hotel Sector spanned a space of about 7 years with the Taj Group of Hotels in India and franchisees of the DONATO Group in UAE and Bahrain.
He started work with HSBC-EDPI from 200 –2004 in Hyderabad (aptly called Cyberabad in India). He started movement of more banking related migrations into Bangalore, a new site. He was involved in the Operations of over 15 processes in the UK Banks offshore business.
From 2005-2007 he was Director - India Operations of Perry Johnson for a variety of projects like ISO Certifications, ASP.net programming, CDM (Clean Development Mechanism), Writing, Outsourced Accounting and services like Medical Transcription, Billing and Coding and captive call centre operations. This was the point where he realised that just about anything can be done from anywhere. At this point he had about 250 people in his company.
Since 2007 Brian is sharing his career experience along with an accreditation from Dale Carnegie Training, conducting workshops and sessions at various MNC’s, Schools and Universities. This year, alongside training, Brian is using all the skills and experience acquired to make headway in the Energy and Infrastructure Sector in India and Sri Lanka with EcoGenz, Transinnova.
Over the past 15 years, his career has taken him across continents, across professions and provided the opportunity to work with people of many nationalities. He has developed a strong tolerance to functioning with vast and diverse cultures and has a healthy mix of Social Responsibility as well as Business Acumen. At heart he is a ‘Global Citizen’ being born and raised in Indian Culture.

| | Gilles ROY, founder and co-director of « Institut Formation Evolution et Synergie » based in Avignon (France), started his career as a Human Resources Consultant after having completed his studies at « Ecole Supérieure de Photographie et de Cinéma » (Paris, 1973).
His numerous projects in England and USA led him to expand his knowledge through training in Psychology and Human Resources Management. He works in both English and French.
At the end of the eighties, he developped his own innovative programs in Leadership and Group Synergy focusing on humanistic and systemic perspectives in his work with executives and top managers.
As a certified NLP Trainer (Society of NLP) and a NLP Master Trainer (INLPTA) he has skilfully trained hundreds of NLP Practitionners and Coachs. He is a member of the Société française de coaching and the International Coaching Federation.

Ben JOHNSON

Ben Johnson’s commitment to education and learning started, after he obtained his Bachelor (Honours) in mathematics and education from York University, in the Voluntary Service Overseas which took him to the West Indies and South America. He moved into training consultancy and then business consultancy in France. For over 11 years Ben worked for one of the most forward thinking companies in the role of senior development and learning consultant. Since 1998 Ben has been working for customers world-wide designing and delivering customized training and development programs which have a measurable impact on the effectiveness of the target population. His areas of specialty are project management, management development and customer service. Very client-oriented and pragmatic, Ben integrates his in-depth knowledge of business strategy, targets and priorities to design customized programs.
Ben obtained a Master’s Certificate in Project Management (G. Washington University) and Project Management Professional Certification (PMI). He is a certified MBTI level 1 practitioner and SDI qualified.
